Experts' Rates:

Each expert sets the rate for their own services and is paid directly by the party in need of expert services (attorney, client, company, or government agency). Furthermore, each expert pays an Hourly Fee to Legal Expert Network for all their billable time on a case, unless the party in need of expert services and the expert agree in advance that the party in need of expert services will pay Legal Expert Network's Hourly Fee directly to Legal Expert Network. Please note, the Hourly Fee is separate from the Finder's Fee described in the Search Process section.
